Justus Omollo has ten years of experience in legal advisory and dispute resolution. He is qualified as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and has experience in advising and representing public entities, private corporations, and individuals on public procurement, corporate law, commercial law, projects and infrastructure, legal audits, public-private partnership arrangements, legislative drafting, energy and natural resources and related dispute resolution.

His experience also spans advising a broad swathe of clients to procure, finance, and develop energy and infrastructure projects. This involved providing inputs to feasibility studies, procurement documentation, contract negotiations, and documentation, defending and challenging tender award decisions, and contract management. The projects included those funded by multilateral development banks such as the African Development Bank, World Bank, and Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa.

Although his experience involves working in various domestic project development assignments in Kenya, Justus has worked alongside experts from renowned international firms. He has a keen interest in business development and has provided cutting-edge ideas to enhance various law practice areas.
